INFO ON ARRIVAL

CONGRESS OFFICE AND REGISTRATION

The Registration Desk will open on: Sunday, 23 August 2026, at 14:00

We recommend arriving in good time to collect your congress materials before the Opening Ceremony.

If you arrive later on Sunday, you may collect your congress materials at the Registration Desk at any time during its opening hours.

OPENING CEREMONY

The Opening Ceremony will begin at 17:00 on Sunday, 23 August 2026, and will be followed by the Opening Plenary Lecture.

After the scientific programme, we warmly invite you to join the Welcome Party, where you will have the opportunity to meet colleagues and fellow participants in an informal atmosphere.

EVENTEE APP

During the congress, the Eventee mobile application will provide easy access to the scientific programme, abstracts, notifications, and other useful information.

Instructions for downloading and using the app will be sent shortly before the congress

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

If you have any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) or require any special assistance during the congress, please reply to this e-mail as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Student Participants

Participants registered at the student rate are kindly requested to bring a valid student ID card or another official proof of student status to the Registration Desk.

CONGRESS BADGE

Please wear your congress badge at all times during the congress, as it serves as your admission to all scientific sessions and social events included in your registration.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The congress venue is very well connected by Prague public transport.

Nearest stops:

  • Dejvická – Metro Line A (approximately 5 minutes' walk)
  • Thákurova – Tram lines 8 and 18 (approximately 2 minutes' walk)
  • Vítězné náměstí – Tram lines 8, 18, 20 and 26, bus terminal (approximately 5 minutes' walk)

From Václav Havel Airport Prague:

  • Bus No. 59 to Nádraží Veleslavín, then Metro Line A to Dejvická (No. 59 replaced the former Bus No. 119).
  • From Prague Main Railway Station (Praha hlavní nádraží):
  • Metro Line C to Muzeum, transfer to Metro Line A, then continue to Dejvická.

Public transport tickets are valid on metro, trams and buses. Tickets can be purchased from ticket machine or by contactless payment directly on most trams and buses. Complete info can be found here.
